I've ramped up on my live streaming virtual offerings using Zoom!
Just ADDED: All levels Reformer Class - Friday 4/17 and 4/24 10am! $22 Drop-in.
Four Pilates Mat based and 2 of those incorporate a full roller.
The existing 2 half hour classes (Tuesdays and Thursdays) will remain donation based, suggested $4.00 donation. You can pay more or less as you'd like or take the class for free. Donations should be sent to Venmo @Ashby-Blane. If you need another method, contact me directly and we'll set something up. At the end of these 1/2 hour classes, all prices will be discounted 100%, no one will be charged through the Schedulicity program.
Tuesdays Mat Class (no props) 11am -11:30am.
Thursdays Mat Class w/ Roller 5:30pm - 6:00pm

For these classes your credit card on file will be charged, or if you have purchased a package, it will be decremented.
During this pandemic, I want to make these very affordable for those who still have the means. I've created a special discounted class package to be used for these online hour classes.
10 online Mat class package for $70 - $7 a class.
When signing into class in Schedulicity, be sure you are on the class tab. All classes are PST.
In order to virtually attend class, you must download Zoom to your device or computer. Once you sign up, the day before class I will send you a link to virtually attend class. On the day of class, sign in at least 5 minutes early, to set yourself up.
If you would like to see an Intermediate level Pilates Mat class or if you have access to equipment, please reach out. If there is enough interest, I will add more to the schedule.

Located in the vibrant North Williams District in the new Peloton Building. We are a fully equipped studio specializing in injury prevention, recovery and fitness. Pilates is an excellent system for knee, back, hip, shoulder and repetitive stress issues. We view the body as a whole to help address postural imbalances, muscle weakness, and joint stability to help clients recover and prevent injuries and to become healthy fit individuals. We offer small Reformer classes where you are sure to get individual attention. Blane also has a few openings for Private sessions.
Pilates focuses on engaging the mind with the body to create exercises that involve the whole body. Every exercise is performed with attention to the breath, proper form and efficient movement patterns. Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, increases coordination and decreases stress. Pilates helps you to learn how to move better so the benefits can be seen and felt in everyday life.
Pilates not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath and scheduling time for yourself is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
